2011 Audi A8 IWC Edition Debuts in the Netherlands

Diesel

After last week's news regarding a four-cylinder hybrid powered Audi A8, we were more than relieved to find out this piece of news. The 2011 Audi A8 4.2 TDI IWC Edition may just be the most perfect A8 built so far. Sold in the Netherlands, it has a combination of choices offered by Audi's Exclusive program. The model pictured features Suzuka Gray paint combined with a Balao Brown Audi Design interior.

It also complete with 21-inch "Rotor" design titanium colored wheels. Just to give you an idea of how exclusive it really is, it comes with a special edition IWC Portuguese Automatic 5001 watch worth $13,000. The expensive bit: it carries a $242,315 base price. Before you say ?the kids need shoes,' you should also know that it comes with a complimentary chauffer for 12 hours. Although chances of owning one are slim for most, just knowing that Audi continues to pride themselves in powerful, non-hybrid A8s can give us all a sigh of relief.
