When it came to the next generation for Accent, Hyundai followed the same design path as the Sonata. It was mentioned at the Beijing Show that the 2011 Hyundai Accent will be renamed Verna for outside of America. The little sedan has the same rounded coupe-like greenhouse, but the inside has definitely been updated. Power comes from either a 1.4- or 1.6-liter inline-four, but the US version will come with the larger four-pot.

Inside, the 2011 Accent is more attractive and has a higher-quality feel than its current Spartan-like model. The overall cabin dimensions in the Accent/Verna are bigger than any of its rivals, and the trunk can easily accommodate as many as four golf bags. The suspension securely anchored on the 2011, enhancing the ride and handling.
