2011 Subaru Forester Debuted on the Internet

Reveal

Seems like everything is happening on the internet these days, so why a car debut. Subaru has just released official details on its 2011 Forester, online. The automaker had previously announced that the new 2.5-liter boxer four-cylinder engine would be fitted into it, as well as the same turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder currently in the XT. Subaru has also started offering the range-topping Forester in XT Premium and XT Touring trims.

These trims are sure to include things like self-adjusting HID headlights, and a backup camera. All this is in line with Subaru's efforts to pack in a few more features on every trim level. Bluetooth hands-free calling and a one-touch up/dow driver's window comes standard on every Forester (except the base model). In addition, the 2.5X Premium and 2.5XT Premium will have a new audio system, USB, and AUX inputs. Not too shabby for a Subaru.
