The new Toyota Highlander Hybrid has been called a spectacular 4WD wagon that is among the leading SUVs. With decent powertrain performance along with impressive features, the 2011 Hybrid is worth taking a look at if you're in the market for a fuel efficient vehicle. The Hybrid appears to be a compromise between a minivan and an SUV, but a closer examination shows that it looks more masculine than any minivan and has versatile seating.

The 2011 Hybrid teams a gas V6, 3.3-liter DOHC 24 valve engine to an electric engine. Thanks to a five speed automatic transmission facility, the 2011 Hybrid generates awesome fuel economy, with 18 mpg in the city and 24 mpg on the highway. The exterior of the 2011 Highlander Hybrid will be featuring revisions to the nose and tail, with a slight cabin revamp. The freshening provides the vehicle with a more assertive look, crisply folded sheet metal and husky fender bulges.

The Hybrid Limited trim will also feature Chromed accents, blue tinted headlights and tail light lenses as well. The 2011 Highlander Hybrid takes pride in its fabulous range of standard features comprising of cruise control, remote keyless entry, air conditioning with clean air filter, rear privacy glass, and power windows and door locks. The interior of the 2011 Highlander Hybrid has an optional third row to provide enough room for up to seven passengers and can fold down to double the amount of cargo space too. This is ideal for family's with lots of cargo and for those who are on the go.

Although a lot of the interior features cheap materials, it does come with some nice standard features like cloth interior (for base model), rear heating system, center console, tilt steering wheel, multi adjust front captain chairs with driver height adjust, and silver interior trim.
