The 2011 Toyota Land Cruiser is a sports utility vehicle that can seat up to eight passengers and is available in only one model. The Land Cruiser handles more like a large sport sedan than a truck with its excellent acceleration and braking, and it's more powerful than ever. The Land Cruiser's off-road prowess is still indisputable as a full time four wheel drive mated to a locking center differential, and some of the best suspension on the road today.

The 2011 Toyota Land Cruiser is powered by a 4.7-liter V8 engine that can produce 265 horsepower and is equipped with a five speed automatic transmission and on all wheel drive. The vehicle is also equipped with low range gearing that helps the driver ride the vehicle on rough roads, and though its engine is powerful, it is very quiet and has a strong suspension that has been reinforced by nine cross members. The EPA fuel economy ratings for the 2011 Land Cruiser, however, remains abysmal. The EPA gives it a rating of 13 mpg in the city and 17 mpg on the highway.

Inside, the 2011 Land Cruiser is outfitted with accessories such as heated leather trimmed seats, available rear seat DVD entertainment, CD player, 18 inch tires, and a mood roof. Leather seats come standard of the Land Cruser and are heated and power adjustable. Both the front and rear seats have separate automatic climate control buttons as well. The 2011 Land Cruiser also comes with optional equipment like a navigation system that has a camera at the back and Bluetooth connectivity, and a rack for the roof and running boards.

Reviews are unanimous about the use of cheap building materials for its interior, but some claim that their fit and finish is excellent.
