2011 Volkswagen GTI Review

Industry News

The 2011 Volkswagen GTI is pretty much the same two-door and four-door hatchback that we know. The 2011 GTI comes in three trim levels: GL, GLS, and GTI. The upscale trims give the driver of the 2011 GTI a comfortable and sophisticate experience. Inside, two people can sit comfortably in the back seats; while its hatchback design lets you fold the seats down and cram in an impressive amount of cargo.

The 2011 GTI comes with four available transmissions: 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, and either a 4- or 5-speed automatic. To match, there are four engines available: a 2.0-liter inline-4, 1.8-liter turbocharged inline-4, 2.8-liter VR6, and a 1.9-liter TDI turbocharged diesel inline-4. The base model is well equipped with standard air conditioning, cruise control, power windows, power heated mirrors, and neat woven-cloth upholstery.
