The 2011 Volkswagen Jetta was unveiled in front of Time Square's iconic backdrop in place of the traditional New York International Auto Show venue. Volkswagen spared no expense in making the new 2011 the main attraction and star of the day with musical performances and television personalities gracing the VW stage. A new improvement for the 2011 comes in its lower price; something much welcomed.
The new Jetta is larger and will come in four trim levels. It has a boxier look, and its rounded headlamp and large chrome grille have been replaced, while the rear has an upscale look with a rear fascia and rectangular taillights. The 2011 is equipped with the same base engine, but the price change will help it go right up against the major players in the market.
