Since the 2011 Pasat Sedan launches later this year, the wagon variant won't be too far. The Passat Wagon appears to be very spacious especially with the rear seats folded flat. The problem remains if this vehicle will make its way out to America given the track record wagons face there. We can expect that it will come equipped with a 2.0-liter turbo four-cylinder, as opposed to the diesel variants that'll be provided to other markets.

The 2011 Passat Wagon will also be equipped with an all-wheel drive 4MOTION permanent all-wheel drive system that'll include torque sensing center differential. This feature will be available only on the automatic transmission. It will also include power glass sunroof, and a multi function trip computer.
