Acura is celebrating their 25th birthday with a special edition model. The 2012 Acura TSX Special Edition features some sporty styling tweaks, such as an aggressive front spoiler, updated side sills and redesigned rear fascia. Sitting on new 17-inch alloy wheels, the TSX Special Edition sedan looks like a quick little commemorative edition. Under the hood sits the same 2.4-liter inline 4-cylinder available with either a six-speed manual transmission or five-speed automatic.

The interior complements the car's red painted exterior with a nice black suede on the seats. The steering wheel, gauge lighting, footwell and shift knob are all flush with the exterior's bright red to give the interior a bit of a contrast. "The Acura TSX has long been known for its high-revving 4-cylinder engines and sporty driving nature," said Jeff Conrad, vice president of Acura sales. "With the new Special Edition, the TSX becomes even more youthful and sporty in character, furthering its appeal to performance-minded buyers."

Acura is Honda's upmarket division, and they are celebrating 25 years of building automobiles. The commemorative 2012 Acura TSX Special Edition will be unveiled at the Orange County Auto Show next month. It will shortly make its way into showrooms after its debut.
