Mitsubishi has just launched a special version of their Shogun for Great Britain (known as the Pajero in other markets). Dubbed the Shogun Black, this new limited edition will be available in five unique colors and sit on a set of big 20-inch alloy wheels. Available in Frost White, Diamond Black, Orient Red, Granite Brown or Cool Silver, the 2012 Shogun Black Special Edition features a range-topping 197hp 3.2-liter diesel motor to give it some power to go along with its solid good looks.

To further contrast the unique color profiles, the Shogun Black has its roof, side mirrors, grille, door handles and spoiler all finished in satin black. The 2012 Shogun Black Special Edition is a long-wheelbase model that carries a hefty price tag of £42,799. What makes the price tag seem more reasonable is that it comes complete with heated leather seats for added luxury, a reversing camera, satellite-navigation system and automatic lights and windshield wipers.
