Lamborghini has stopped taking orders for this year's Aventador Roadster five months before it hits dealerships.
The last LFA has found a home, there's whispers the McLaren P1 has already sold out prior to making production, and now we've gotten wind that Lamborghini has filled this year's order books for the drop-top Aventador. According to Auto Motor und Sport, customers have lapped up the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster, which is now sold out in all markets until the middle of 2014. So anyone that has yet to pre-order the model has a bit of a wait on their hands or will have to stump up a hefty premium to get one sooner.
Given the Lamborghini Roadster is priced at almost $50k more than the $397,000 Aventador coupe, that's a shed load of money to pay for a carbon-fiber removable roof and a nice bit of business by the Italian carmaker.
