2013 BMW M6 GranCoupe Speculatively Rendered

Rendering

The muscular M6 GranCoupe should be arriving in the fall.

Spy photographers caught the BMW M6 GranCoupe undergoing some rigorous testing at the beginning of the year and just last month it was spotted during cold weather testing in Scandinavia, partially cloaked in light camouflage. So photoshop artists and rendering expert Wild Speed (in collaboration with Bimmerpost) had plenty to work with when coming up with his latest piece of work, made up of a series of speculative renderings.

As per the M6 Coupe and Convertible, as well as the latest M5, the GranCoupe with M performance and styling will get the requisite design upgrades in the form of a beefier front bumper, side skirts and a new rear bumper that comes with a diffuser and signature quad exhausts. The renderings also include a sporty carbon-fiber roof. The BMW sedan will run on a twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 engine, capable of putting out 552hp and 501 lb-ft of torque, transferred to the back wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. The muscular M6 GranCoupe should debut in the fall and be priced well north of $100,000.
