The new Volvo V40 five-door hatch has been revealed on Facebook well before it was scheduled to debut. The Swedish C-segment model appeared on Polish mag Motodziennik's page and the model looks exactly like the leaked photos from the publication Auto Motor Sport Sweden that we saw about a week ago. As previously reported by CarBuzz, the V40 is Volvo's answer to the Audi A3 Sportback and BMW 1-Series, and will be launched in Europe this summer with prices starting from around 26,000 Euros.

The platform for the V40 may well be used for future models such as an open-top C40, an S40 sedan and a SC40 SUV. Keep an eye out for the Volvo V40 as it makes its debut at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, starting March 6th.
