Cadillac really has a good thing going with the Escalade. Still a big seller even after many buyers have moved from big SUVs to smaller, more fuel-efficient crossovers, the Escalade is just the right sort of ostentatious. As with previous generations, the new Escalade will share most of its moving parts with the Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon and Yukon XL, and this likely includes the 6.2-liter V8 engine. However, the styling and interior are expected to be better differentiated from non-luxury models than it was with previous generations. You can start looking for it in dealerships next spring.
