Having seen it up close in Geneva, the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 has now been spotted on the street. Technically it was captured in a parking lot wearing Michigan plates, but you get the idea. Chevy is preparing a test fleet vehicle finished in Crystal Red Tintcoat which, as part of GM's Captured Test Fleet (CTF), will be driven by company employees on a daily basis who will report on how it behaves to those that need to know.

Starting at $78,995, deliveries of the Z06 will begin early next year, with power coming from a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 rated at 650 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque. The vehicle pictured here also boasts the optional Z07 ($7,995) and carbon-fiber ground effects ($2,995) packages.
