Murdered-out mid-size truck muscles its way onto Detroit show floor.
With its stealth-like appearance, the GMC Canyon Nightfall Edition almost escaped our attention on the floor of the Detroit Auto Show. Finished in Onyx Black with a blacked-out grille and side assist steps, 18-inch alloys with darkened inserts, and a sprayed bedliner, the Nightfall is based on the SLE trim and offered in four-door crew cab form. Other upgrades include a polished exhaust tip, automatic climate control as standard, remote start, a rear-view camera and leather-wrapped steering wheel.
Buyers will be able to choose between 2WD or 4WD, while the murdered-out pickup comes powered by the Canyon's 3.6-liter V6 rated at 305 hp and 269 lb-ft of torque. Pricing has yet to be revealed, but we expect the Nightfall to arrive in the mid-thirty-thousand-dollar bracket.
