Pebble Beach is once again home to a new reveal, this time the facelifted 2016 Lexus LX. The carmaker's flagship SUV, the LX never had a reputation for being a looker, and Lexus has attempted to beautify the model with some cosmetic upgrades. The result is certainly a more upscale look; whether it's more attractive is open to discussion. Up front, we have the massive spindle grille framed in satin chrome with a revised bumper, new LED headlights, and restyled LED fogs.

The rear bumper has also been redesigned as has the taillights which now boast chrome detailing. New 20- and optional 21-inch ten spoke alloys round off the new exterior enhancements, while inside, the cabin gets an updated infotainment system with 12.3-inch display, 4.2-inch instrument cluster display and panoramic view camera as standard. Other new features include new wood trim selections, a new three-spoke wood-rimmed steering wheel, a new analog clock, 11.6-inch dual screens as part of the Rear Seat Entertainment System, wireless charging, and new LED ambient lighting.

While the 5.7-liter V8 continues to deliver 383 hp and 403 lb-ft of torque, a new eight-speed automatic gearbox improves performance and efficiency. The LX 570 also comes with a New Drive Mode Select, which allows the driver to change powertrain and suspension responses, and a host of new safety features.
