This year's Goodwood Festival of Speed is shaping up to be something very special. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the famous car gathering event, the theme of this year's show was recently announced as "Peaks of Performance – Motorsport's Game-Changers," featuring some of the most influential race cars of all time, from Group B rally cars to vintage grand prix cars. This year also happens to be the 70th anniversary of Ferrari, which will be honored at this year's FOS with a glittering gathering of at least 70 "significant" Ferraris.

Running from June 29 to July 2, Ferrari fans will be able to salivate over some of the iconic Italian manufacturer's most ravishing road and racing cars at the festival, from competition sports cars and single seaters, to contemporary supercar exotics. As part of the celebrations, the festival will honor Ferrari's prominence in motorsport, with a range of race cars filling the famous 1.6-mile hill circuit including 25 iconic single-seater Ferraris charting each key era post-war with four, six, eight and 12-cylinder engines, normal aspiration, superchargers and turbos. Some of the finest Ferraris currently in production will also feature in the Michelin Supercar Paddock and get put through their paces on the iconic hill circuit.

The real highlight, however, will be the Concours d'Elegance dedicated to the legendary 250-series models. These rare sought-after models typically set new records whenever they go up for auction, so being able to see them in the metal is a privilege - just don't touch the paintwork. If you're hoping to attend this year's show, you may want to act fast - Saturday and weekend tickets have already sold out, and Thursday, Friday and Sunday tickets are selling fast. If you consider yourself a hardcore Ferrari fan, you won't want to miss out this one-off event celebrating 70 years of the iconic Italian manufacturer. Ferrari is also celebrating its 70th birthday with some stunning limited-edition models and the long-sold-out LaFerrari Aperta.
