The Alfa Romeo Giulia sedan has now been on sale in America for three years, and now the sedan has received a few updates for the 2019 model year to keep it fresh. As standard, the Giulia Ti Sport now comes with 19-inch aluminum wheels, while the range-topping Quadrifoglio comes equipped with split-folding rear seats, a third headrest and anodized brake calipers featuring a red Alfa Romeo script. Several new styling packages are also being offered for the Italian sedan.

Available for the base model and Giulia Ti, the Nero Edizione package adds dark miron accents to the grille, mirror caps and badge. It also includes dark headlight bezels, black window trim and dark aluminum wheels with contrasting brake calipers available in black, red or yellow. The Nero Edizione package is also available on the Giulia Sport, Ti Sport and Quadrifoglio. Differences between each model are subtle, but they all have dark mirror accents and dark five-hole aluminum wheels. If you want your Giulia to look even sportier, the Ti Sport Carbon package, available only for the Giulia Ti, adds a carbon fiber grille insert, carbon fiber mirror caps and carbon fiber side skirts.

The package also includes dark headlight bezels, exhaust tips and 19-inch aluminum wheels. Inside, the interior features carbon trim and illuminated door sill plates with carbon fiber surrounds, as well as a leather-wrapped dashboard and accent stitching. A separate carbon fiber exterior package is also available for the Giulia Quadrifoglio, which includes a carbon fiber grille insert, carbon fiber mirror caps and dark miron badging. New options have also been added to the 2019 Giulia lineup such as heated rear seats and a premium alarm system, plus new wheels, a new color options, and an Ice-on-Ice interior.

Engine options remain the same as last year's line-up. The Giulia and Giulia Ti are powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that develops 280 hp and 306 lb-ft of torque, while the Giulia Quadrifoglio has a twin-turbo 2.9-liter V6 with 505 hp and 443 lb-ft of torque on tap. This setup enables the range-topper to accelerate from 0-62 mph in 3.8 seconds before hitting a top speed of 191 mph.
