This is the most luxurious Ram 1500 Rebel yet.
After recently unveiling the rugged Harvest Edition Chassis Cab work truck designed for farmers, Ram has announced the 2019 Ram 1500 Rebel 12, a new premium version of the popular pickup truck that combines luxury with off-road capability. Its upgraded interior features luxurious materials and new technology never offered in the Rebel before, including Ram's Uconnect 4C infotainment system with a 12-inch display and navigation.
Ram says its new fourth-generation Uconnect system includes enhanced processing power, multi-touch gestures, vivid imagery, sharper graphics and the ability to support smartphone integration, while the class-exclusive 12-inch touchscreen display offers split-screen capability and unique graphics. It also includes an in-car audio system featuring the SiriusXM music streaming service.
Inside, the special edition Rebel 12 features a leather-trimmed interior with heated front seats and unique metal speaker grilles trimmed in the Rebel's signature Radar Red anodized finish. Audiophiles will also approve of the truck's high-end Harman Kardon sound system, which includes 19 premium speakers, a 900-watt surround-sound amplifier, 10-inch subwoofer and active noise cancellation. Ram claims it's "the finest audio system ever available in a pickup."
Being based on the 2019 Ram 1500, the special edition Rebel 12 is a highly capable off-roader that comes equipped with a factory lift, locking rear differential, 33-inch tires, Bilstein shocks, skid plates, tow hooks and other off-road-ready features.
Prices for the 2019 Ram 1500 Rebel 12 start at $46,990 plus a $1,695 destination charge. The Rebel 12 will be available in Q4 2018 and will also be available as a package on all Rebel cab, color and powertrain configurations.
