The facelifted 2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer arrives with new styling, standard features, available technology, and paint colors. The two lower trims are LS and LT, and they're joined again by the off-roady ACTIV trim and sporty RS. Powertrain options include a 1.2-liter turbo or 1.3-liter turbo engine. Front-wheel-drive layouts get a CVT and a nine-speed auto comes with the all-wheel-drive Trailblazers. The 1.2-liter model makes 137 horsepower, while the 1.3-liter engine makes 155 hp.

Standard features now include Push-button start, cruise control, HD Rear Vision Camera, and a new 11-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. It should be a nice upgrade for Chevy's tiny crossover with many improvements that were first seen on the Trax.

Styling-wise, the 2024 Trailblazer gets new front fascia, exterior lighting, grille, and wheel designs for the different trims, with the RS trim getting a unique set of 19-inch wheels. The RS version also gets blacked-out styling cues and exhaust outlets with chrome tips and a two-tone roof that's shared with the ACTIV trim level. The ACTIV trim includes unique tires, shocks, and dampers designed for adventures away from the highway.

Wireless charging is available on the LT, ACTIV, and RS trims. While cruise control is standard, adaptive cruise control is optional. The new colors available are Copper Harbor Metallic and Cacti Green.

Chevy Safety Assist is standard for the 2024 Trailblazer and includes Automatic Emergency Braking, Front Pedestrian Braking, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, Following Distance Indicator, Forward Collision Alert, and Chevy's IntelliBeam auto high beam control.

There are no fuel economy figures from the EPA yet, and we're still waiting for a price announcement. The current 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer starts at $22,100, and we don't expect much more of an increase. Since its release in 2021, this generation Trailblazer has been a global hit for Chevrolet, to the point it can't build enough to satiate demand.
