The 3 Series sedan continues on to be the benchmark sport sedan. Receiving a facelift for 2011, the sedan offers a full range of engines and configurations that can match almost any budget. Available in standard 328i, upgraded 335i, and all-wheel drive trims, the sedan boasts the same engine as the standard convertible. Adding more horsepower and performance also means adding to the price.

Safety is also high on the priority list as the 3 Series has earned impressive crash-test results from major government agencies. Other automakers (Infiniti, Lexus, Audi) have for years tried to build a car that can beat the 3 Series sedan in terms of performance, luxury, and quality. Fortunately for BMW, this hasn't happened yet.
