While Audi was expected to unveil the third-generation TT at the Geneva Motor Show- and with pics leaking over the last couple of weeks- the Germans still managed to surprise the Geneva show attendees with this impressive TT Quattro Sport. The concept model uses an upgraded 4-cylinder 2.0-liter TFSI engine to make 420 horsepower and 331 lb-ft of torque, offering enticing 0-62mph times of just 3.7-seconds.

The concept is differentiated from the stock TT with massive air intakes, matrix LED headlights and a diamond-pattern front grille. It rides on 20-inch alloy wheels with extended wheel arches, gaining a carbon fiber diffuser and CFRP splittter as well. Losing extra weight inside and out, the Quattro Sport weighs in at just 1,344 kg, with the interior losing its speakers and armrests and gaining a cargo-area hold for two racing helmets. Audi hasn't released any details regarding a future production model, but this should be the precursor for a track-car future model.
