You never know to what extent a tuned engine will impact a drag race. So before assuming the Aventador will walk all over the Porsche 911 Turbo, consider that the sporty German has received a G-Force Stage 2 remap, and now delivers 600 horses, up from the stock model's 520 hp. That would have probably evened the playing field, but the Raging Bull here has also been messed with: a Capristo Stage 1 tune helping it to deliver 730 hp, up from 700.
Even with a slower reaction time, the Italian exotic reaches every stage – from 60 feet to 1,000 meters – ahead of the Porsche. But it's surprisingly close up to the quarter-mile. Check it out.
