The second generation of the Chevy Camaro wasn't really the car it could have been. Neutered by new emissions regulations, the car was more show than go. But this particular second-gen Camaro has had an LSX with twin turbos dropped in, and it will now run a quarter mile in the high sevens. The video starts with the car at the track, and with the owner giving us some details about the work that he's put into making it so amazingly fast.

We're also treated to a bit of footage of the car on the street, where it is predictably pulled over by the police.
