The Lamborghini Aventador is an expensive ride you don't usually see running around the roadways, let alone drag racing on them. A group of fearless Russian racers put the flagship Italian supercar to the test on the crowded interstates in Russia and pitted it against the premier drag racer of our time, the Nissan GT-R. The gaudy Nissan GT-R R35 Mk. 2 seen here in the first run has been tuned by the guys at EcuTek and given their Stage 2 package.

It packs a 700hp punch thanks to a revamped ECU, sprayers and exhaust system. The second run shows a black Nissan GT-R challenge the Aventador. It has also been tuned by EcuTek and cranks out 670hp. As always, CarBuzz doesn't condone street racing though we doubt these crazy Russians care. Check out the incredible footage below.
