Now that Porsche has unveiled the 991-gen 911 GT3, there's no more need for camo when the car goes testing. Thanks to Bridge to Gantry, we have the first footage of the car in action as the development team pushes it hard on the Nordschleife during April's industry pool. And it looks and sounds fantastic. A revised version of the familiar naturally-aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six good for 475 hp now revs all the way up to 9,000 rpm in the new GT3, which is available exclusively with the automaker's seven-speed dual-clutch transmission fitted with shorter gear ratios.

It looks seriously quick coming around the corner. As it should: Porsche claims a 3.3-sec 0-60 time and 195mph top speed. It's also said to lap the Ring in under 7 mins 30 secs, which should be confirmed soon. If you like what you see, be ready with $130,000 when it hits US dealers later this year.
