This is a strange one, and certainly not a look that's for everyone. For those not in the know, 100 Thieves are a professional gaming organization. Basically, the brand fields teams that compete professionally in eSports. In partnership with Lexus, the team has debuted this: A Lexus NX with a special livery to commemorate the organization's three championship eSports wins. Admittedly, a crossover is a strange choice. We'd maybe have asked Lexus for an IS500 instead.

We should note that Hundred Thieves is also an apparel brand. One of its more popular patterns features something similar to the livery on this NX. To create it, Lexus took the raw player data and turned it into a map (the red lines on the car). The result was a very literal map of 100 Thieves' journey to its triple championship status. Moreover, each line on the NX features a top player's name in recognition of the people who helped make this possible.

It's also important to point out that the data came from the team's 11 winning playoff matches, which was likely quite a lot of data to comb through. Those are also represented by the player names we mentioned above.

The project started life as a 2022 NX 350 F Sport model. By the time all was said and done, the car featured a number of nods to the Hundred Thieves' championship dominance. That includes embossed headrests, floor and cargo mats, puddle lamps, door sills, and all-red ambient lighting.

"I can't think of a more fitting way to celebrate our championship win than our own exclusive Lexus NX," said Matthew "Nadeshot" Haag, founder and CEO of 100 Thieves. "We can't wait to drive the Thieves NX around LA and show it off to our fans at events."

If you're a fan of the eSports team, it sounds like you might be able to get a look at this car. It's about the only time you'll see one. Lexus says this is a special one-off and no more are coming... shocker. Frankly, we're not sure if the red headlights would be street-legal in any state anyway.

This isn't the first one-off car that's been produced for the gaming organization either. The team's Content Curator is currently rolling around in a similarly customized Mercedes-AMG C63. That car also features a similar map-like livery with matte paint and red reflective lines. Given the choice between the two, we'd prefer the Merc all day.
