Classic Cars

The 50 year celebration of the 911 continues.

This year Porsche is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the 911, a car certainly worth celebrating. Through the decades, the 911 has often times been considered the ideal sports car; perfect for high performance and a sublime daily driver. It really is the complete package. What’s more, it’s also had quite a motorsport career with many of those racing 911s now highly sought after collectibles. One of which is this 1964 Porsche 911, the very first 911 to ever race in the US.

Alongside it in this video is the last Porsche 935 built. Both are truly historic vehicles for the brand as a whole, as each one had a very successful racing career. They’re further proof that Porsche builds its cars to last.
