With their eyes firmly set on cracking the American market, eccentric Italian coachbuilder Castagna Milano is making a bold entrance by bringing three special limousine conversions of the Fiat 500. Considering the recent struggles of the sub-compact city car to break the US market we have our doubts how in demand limousine variants would be. Named the LimoSun, LimoCity and LimoCity Presidential, the limos have been stretched from 3.5 to 5.32 meters.

The wheelbase has increased from 2.3 to 4.1 meters, while the CityLimo height has been raised from 149 to 158cm. The LimoSun, based on the Fiat 500 convertible, is aimed at beach resorts and the Middle East and has four seats facing each other in the passenger area. Large openings in the sides and roof give the car a distinct landaulet feel, although these can be closed with transparent panels. The LimoCity is a closed version featuring a circular sofa couch, mini-bar, and electric sliding doors. Lastly, the LimoCity Presidential begins with a US-spec Fiat 500 and gets powered by two electric motors capable of a 100mph-top sped with a range of 156 miles.
