The Luxury4Play forum member who made the video tells that the car obviously had problems 20 years ago, and this was traced back to the starter, which was covered in hammer marks.

But with a new solenoid and a fresh tank of gas, the car started up. No longer a threat, the 928 is now just a great find. And hey, it's a V8 Porsche.
