After 25 years on the market, the Honda Accord sedan continues to set a high standard in the family size sedan segment. While the Toyota Camry has been the best-selling sedan in this class, the Accord has its own loyal following. Many argue (correctly) that the Accord has a much sportier feel than the often dull Camry, as Honda has a long history of motor sport tradition. While there will always be loyal buyers, the Accord continues to win over new ones who never previously owned one.

However, with American domestic competition heating up, specifically with the Ford Fusion and Chevrolet Malibu, the Accord will need to make up for some of its shortcomings in the near future. However, Honda has always improved the Accord with each subsequent generation.
