Aerosmith Announces their New Album with an Aventador, Chopper

Celebrity

Aerosmith and Aventadors, sounds like a pleasant afternoon in LA.

Steven Tyler announced on Twitter that something big was going down at the Grove in L.A. yesterday. The news? His band Aerosmith will be recording their first studio album in eight years. The music icon, seen regularly as a judge on American Idol, was wearing a woman's blouse (because, you know, its Steven Tyler) and rode in on his green chopper. The 64-year old arrived in his chopper first and was followed his band mates Joe Perry, Tom Hamilton and Joey Kramer in a Lamborghini Aventador.

Talk about a grand entrance, it's not every day a band shows up to a presser in a $376,000 Italian supercar capable of traveling from naught to 60mph in 2.9 seconds and hitting a top speed of 217mph. Aerosmith's last studio album was released in 2004 and titled "Honkin' on Bobo." Their 15th album will be released in about three months.
