Alfa 4C Loses its Top in Geneva

Spider concept makes the beautiful 4C coupe a roadster beauty.

Returning to the scene of the crime where its original 4C concept was unveiled in 2011, Alfa Romeo has just unveiled its 4C Spider concept in Geneva. The topless Italian has already been confirmed for 2015 production by Alfa, which begins its US imports in June of this year. The concept combines a removable hardtop and new clamshell headlights, probably a precursor for the future coupe model as well. The Spider maintains the coupe’s 2,200 lbs weight, adding suspension modifications for improved driving feel.

It is also powered by the coupe’s engine- a turbocharged 1.75-liter 4-cylinder which makes 240hp. Check out the pictures from our team in Geneva, as well as Alfa’s reveal video right here:
