The location wasn't Tatooine, but Charleston, South Carolina, and now Anakin Skywalker is in custody. Seriously. 26-year-old former child actor Jake Lloyd, who portrayed the young Anakin Skywalker in "Star Wars: The Phantom Menace" led police on an insane car chase that lasted for miles. It all began when Lloyd began to pass cars on the double yellow line and continued to drive recklessly, all while going at high speeds. Sheriff's deputies began the pursuit.

After going for several miles, Lloyd lost control of the car, which then ran off the road and smashed through a fence and into a bunch of trees. Lloyd was arrested and charged with, go figure, reckless driving, failure to stop, resisting arrest and, perhaps best of all, driving without a license. Mug shot photo courtesy of TMZ.
