So you want to buy a new car. Perhaps it's your first new car ever. Or you just want something that's both new and affordable. And you also want it to be reliable. Affordable, reliable, and that new car smell. What a combo. Consumer Reports has just compiled a list of the top 10 cars that carry a base MSRP of no more than $25,000 and have passed the publication's rigid reliability tests. For the most part no one should be all that surprised by the results.
