Arrinera Supercar Arrives in Concept Form

Concepts

Polish automaker Arrinera Automotive has unveiled its new concept in its native country. The Arrinera, which resembles the famous Lamborghini look, is set to feature a very aggressive design as a way to maintain its competition with the luxury Italian sports car. The Arrinera consists of a tubular steel chassis equipped with a lightweight carbon Kevlar body, LED taillights, bi-xenon headlights and 19- to 20-inch alloy wheels.

The cabin is fitted with premium leather upholstery, aluminum accents, carbon fiber trim and a thermal-imaging system. Under the hood, the Arrinera generates power from a mid-mounted, supercharged 6.2-liter V8, producing an incredible output of 638hp and 604 lb-ft of torque. The Arrinera production model will be launched in late 2012 and will be offered in the Middle East, Europe, China and the U.S. No word regarding pricing.
