If there's any automaker that can make a lot out of a little, it's Aston Martin. The British automaker has managed to expand its adaptable VH platform into a full model lineup, and has now extended it by one more. Well, one more edition of an existing model, anyway. The model in question is the V8 Vantage, which (as part of Aston's centenary celebrations) has just been announced in SP10 specification. Exclusive to continental Europe, the SP10 upgrades on the V8 Vantage S with a few key refinements.

While the existing V8 Vantage S is available exclusively with the Sportshift II seven-speed manu-matic, the SP10 will be offered as well with a traditional six-speed manual. The gearbox is mated to the same 4.7-liter V8 with 430 horsepower and 361 lb-ft of torque as the Vantage S. Other enhancements inspired by the GT4 racing version that competes in the SP10 class of the VLN series at the Nurburgring. Those include new 19" alloys, black brake calipers, revised front and rear bumpers, a unique Ceramic Grey metallic paint job, a Titan Grey roof for the Roadster version and an interior decked out in black leather and Alcantara with a Bang & Olufsen sound system.
