Aston Martin Makes A Vanquish Out Of Leather And The Result Is A Work Of Art

Who knew that leather could be used like that.

Aston Martins are works of art. From the beautiful bodywork, to the exquisite leather upholstery, Aston Martin cars embody the brand's slogan "Power, Beauty, Soul." Now the UK carmaker has decided to make an amazing work of art out of leather. The leather Aston Martin uses in cars like the Vanquish is amazing, but now this material has become a picture of the car. At the headquarters in Gaydon, Aston Martin designers have made art, and watching the leather turn into a picture is pretty cool.

Using stop-motion, you can see how each piece of leather was cut, then lined up on a canvas to create a picture of a Vanquish. The process is beautiful and showcases Aston's hand-built attention to detail.
