Aston Martin is about to enter a new era. With unprecedented investments and a brand new CEO in the shape of former longtime Nissan planning chief Andy Palmer, the UK sports carmaker has brought a display of its finest to this year's Paris Motor Show. First up is the live debut of the V12 Vantage S Roadster alongside the public unveiling of the new Vanquish Coupe Carbon Black special edition. The V12 Vantage Roadster S, according to AM, is its most potent, quickest and fastest-accelerating production convertible ever.

With its naturally aspirated 6.0-liter V12 producing 565 horsepower, it can go from 0-60 mph in just 3.9 seconds and hit a top speed of 201 mph. The Vanquish Coupe Carbon Black edition also has that 6.0-liter V12 under its hood, this time producing 576 hp. Available in both black and white exterior with black window surrounds and gloss-black ten-spoke alloys, the interior features Herringbone carbon-fiber trim, black accents and a B&O sound system with black anodized speaker grilles. Here's hoping that £500 million investment will be put to good use.
