After a brief tease, Aston Marin has unveiled the latest Vision Gran Turismo concept for GT6 in the shape of the Design Prototype 100. The new virtual-only GT racer was developed in-house by Aston's Design team, with the finished article, now on display at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, taking six months to create. While it was built purely for the digital world, Aston says many of the concept's design cues, such as the light blade rear lamps, could carry over to future sports cars.

The DP100's bold, dramatic looks, influenced in part by the One-77 and CC100, are backed up by Aston's 6.0-liter V12 twin-turbocharged to deliver 800 hp, while gamers will enjoy the feel of the car's active aerodynamics, fully-functioning suspension system and cutting-edge electronics. If you can't make it down to Lord March's estate to see the Aston Martin DP-100 Vision Gran Turismo in person, the concept will be available as a free download in GT6 next month.
