Audi A6 Avant Wagon Review

/ Comments

The A6 Avant combines practicality with luxury and beauty in the form of a wagon. Having undergone a refresh in 2009, the A6 Avant carries over to 2010 unchanged, as it has been hailed to be a major success. Audi has reported very good sales for this hot rod of a station wagon. The Avant has been called the ideal vehicle for the socially mobile family in need of generous interior space and all-wheel drive capabilities to explore the outdoors.

The A6 is also offered in a sedan body style and as a high-performance S6 trim. For 2010, the Avant features a new 3.0 TFSI V6 engine that produced 300 horsepower, and also comes with a six-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission. The exterior is a complete carry-over from the 2009 refresh. Most are impressed by the A6 Avant's interior fit and finish, generally comfortable seats, and versatile cargo space.
