The third-generation A8 hit the market in 2010, so Audi's flagship sedan is due a mid-cycle refresh. The latest spy shots of the 2015 Audi A8 facelift come from up high in the Alps. Under all that optical camo modest tweaks can be made out, including new headlight and taillight units, a new grille, new front and rear bumpers, and revised exhaust finishers integrated into the bumper. Inside, the luxury saloon will be updated with a host of state-of-the-art gadgets including an upgraded infotainment system and the latest version of Audi Connect internet services.

The current TFSI (gasoline) and TDI (diesel) engines are expected to carry over, albeit with more performance and less CO2 emissions, with possible additions including a plug-in hybrid using the tech from the new Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid, a new range-topping S8, and perhaps even an RS8.
