One unlucky R8 owner posted these photos on the Luxury4Play forum, which show the aftermath of an intersection collision between his beloved R8 and a pickup. Innocently cruising down the road in his supercar on the way to pick up some dinner and BLAM! a 16-year old girl in a pickup had failed to see a couple of large stop signs and slammed right into him. No-one was injured but the R8 was unfortunately written-off.

Not overly impressed by the pickup driver's road skills, the R8 owner quipped: "I don't know what the hell she was thinking, but clearly she is an idiot!" We can't argue with that. R.I.P. R8.
