We've lost count of the number of aftermarket tuners that have extracted more performance from the Audi RS Q8, the German automaker's most powerful and fastest SUV yet. Earlier this month, Wheelsandmore cranked up the Audi RS Q8's 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 to 1,000 horsepower. While this latest tuning project from Lumma doesn't offer as much power, it's one of the most aggressive aftermarket Audi RS Q8s we've seen yet.

As part of its new CLR 8 RS package, Germany's Lumma Design has fitted the Audi RS Q8 with a host of carbon fiber exterior enhancements including custom front and rear spoiler lips, wheel arch extensions, and door panels.

Other new carbon fiber components include a custom rear diffuser, rear roof spoiler, and numerous enhancements for the rear lights and side panels. Large air inlets on the wheel arch extensions also optimize the ventilation of the brake system.

By installing a power control module and a quad sports exhaust system with black or carbon tailpipes, Lumma has increased the RS Q8's engine output to 705 hp and 671 lb-ft of torque. The aftermarket tuner hasn't released any performance specifications but claims the modified RS Q8 will deliver a "noticeable improvement in the driving performance."

In stock form, the Audi RS Q8 is no slouch, capable of accelerating from 0-62 mph in 3.8 seconds and topping out at 189 mph when equipped with optional RS ceramic brakes. Lumma also offers a range of wheel designs and sizes and wheel spacers that can widen the track on request.

Inside, the interior can be customized with a choice of leather, wood, lacquer or carbon fiber options, along with aluminum pedals and custom floor mats and trunk mats. Available in Q4 2020, Lumma's RS Q8 tuning package costs €38,000 ($42,785) on top of the Audi RS Q8's $103,000 starting price, including painting, assembly, and 23-inch alloy wheels.
