With 592 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque coming from a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine, the 2021 Audi RS6 Avant will offer more performance than most drivers will be able to harness on public roads. Audi says the RS6 can hit 62 mph in just 3.6 seconds but tuners are already making it even quicker.

ABT Sportsline is one of the world's leading Volkswagen and Audi tuners and just a few days ago, the German outfit revealed a powerful version of the RS7 Sportback called the RS7-R. Now, the company has just unveiled the RS7-R's sister car, the ABT Audi RS6-R. Only 125 copies of this limited edition masterpiece will be produced and the performance figures are simply outrageous.

The RS6-R is equipped with an ABT Power R performance upgrade, which boosts the 4.0-liter V8 up to 740 hp and 678 lb-ft of torque (increases of 140 hp and 88 lb-ft over the stock output). With so much additional grunt, the RS6-R takes just 3.2 seconds to hit 62 mph, dropping the time by 0.4 seconds. Of course, ABT wasn't just going to add all of this power without making some visual improvements as well.

The car sports ABT Aerodynamics carbon body components, giving a more aggressive and striking stance. Among other parts, the appearance package includes an ABT front lip, front grille frame add-on, rear skirt add-on, side skirt attachments, and fender inserts. 22-inch ABT High-Performance HR wheels complete the transformation along with ABT coilover suspension springs and sports anti-roll bars.

Inside, ABT has made 10 interior components available including special ABT leather and carbon finish for the steering wheel, ABT stitched logos on the headrests, and RS6-R stitched emblems on the seatbacks. Plaques on the door sills and flitzers on the fenders let owners know they are driving a vehicle that is one of just 125 units built. ABT is charging 70,000 euros (around $75,000) for the RS6-R plus the cost of buying the RS6 Avant, which starts at $109,000.
