Like the A5 which it's based on, it offers the combination of both luxury and performance. The S5 is essentially the same car as the A5, but with the addition of a 4.2-liter naturally aspirated V8 producing 354 horsepower. Other upgraded features include more supportive sport seats with either a manual or Tiptronic automatic six-speed transmission. Like for all of the best Audis, the Quattro all-wheel-drive system is a standard feature.

One can also choose the optional Prestige package. This includes the Audi Drive Select system which allows for the driver to choose from different driving modes such as comfort, automatic, dynamic or individual. Performance like this also comes at price, with pricing starting at just under $60,000. Once you add features like a navigation system and Drive Select, you'll be looking at price closer to $70,000.
