German tuner SKN has revealed a new tuning package for the Audi S6 that lifts output to RS6 levels of performance. The only style enhancements to speak of are a revised front fascia, sporty rear diffuser, a 40mm lowered suspension, and a set of 20 or 21-inch alloys. The thrust of the aftermarket program is on enhancing output, and to this end SKN offers three tuning stages. The stage one package optimizes the ECU, which bumps output of the 4.0-liter V8 to 543 horsepower and 507 pound-feet of torque, up from 420 hp and 406 lb-ft.

The result is a 0-62 mph time of 4.6 seconds and a top speed of 192 mph. Stage two includes a sports exhaust system, which results in new output figures of 551 hp and 513 lb-ft of torque, and a new top speed of 193mph. Finally, the stage three package takes output to 560 hp and 517 lb-ft of torque, allowing the S6 to sprint to 62 mph in 4.5 seconds and hit a top speed of 194 mph.
