Sleeper from down under makes 478 horsepower.
The Ford Territory, an Australian-made SUV, comes fitted with a 4.0-liter DOHC inline-six that makes 265 hp. But one owner felt that these numbers were simply not enough for this family hauler. Updating the engine with an upgraded exhaust, Plazmaman intercooler and a new fuel system, the Aussie managed to squeeze 478 hp out of this ultimate sleeper SUV. With these modifications, it runs the quarter-mile in 12.32 seconds, making it quicker than a stock Corvette Stingray.
