Started by classic car enthusiast father and son team Phil and Jason Heard, the Vancouver Collector Car Show has become a major event. Evolving from a group of collectors who showed their cars in a corner of the Vancouver Auto Show, the event now takes place at the 12-acre PNE Fairgrounds, and is host to an estimated 500 cars and all manner of vendors. In addition to the vehicles on display, this year also saw 120 vehicles auctioned off.

That number of vehicles might be significantly less than what crosses the block at Barrett-Jackson, but it is an absolutely huge number for an event which has only been going for a few years. This is one show to keep an eye on, as its exponential growth suggests it could soon become a can't-miss weekend. But what you came for was the pictures, so be sure to drink in the whole beautiful hi-res gallery.
